This policy explains what cookies are, which ones kaiju.es uses and how you can accept them, reject them or change your choice at any time, in accordance with Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE (Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Guide on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

1. What cookies are

3. Cookies used by kaiju.es

kaiju.es uses the technical cookies needed for the website and the shop to work and be secure and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies (Google Analytics and the shop’s order attribution) and Google Maps cookies on the contact page. We do not use advertising cookies.

The forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that verifies, based on technical browser data, that the submission is made by a person. It is necessary for the security of the service you request when you write to us.

If you are a customer and log in to your account, or you are an editor of the website, WordPress also installs its own technical session cookies.

The map is only loaded if you accept these cookies. If you reject them, you can find our address on the contact page or open it directly in Google Maps.

4. How to accept, reject or configure cookies

When you first visit the website, we show you a notice with which you can accept all cookies, reject them or configure them by category. Rejecting them is just as easy as accepting them, and continuing to browse does not mean you accept them.

6. Your rights

We will update this policy if the cookies used by the website change. We will always publish the current version on this page, together with the date it was last updated.
